What is better: to keep 5 crappy players with low salaries in the roster, and spend 10-15k per week for their salaries,
or buy each week 5 players for 1000, and then fire them.
second choice is cheaper but then "I am familiar with the star players, and am not afraid that they will be transferred" option is only one ball.

5 guys? If you're not training anyone and you're not managing minutes, just don't book a scimmage at all.
Usually, you only need to pick up 1-3 guys for a scrimmage because you're doing one or the other. PErsonally, I prefer picking up players off the wire and cutting them before the update to paying higher salaries.

Yeah i prefer what Beener said also, if you dont want the fan survey to go down I guess if you can find players under 1k for cheap than you will be saving more money and not letting your Fan Survey go down.

IMO the 'familiar with star players' Fan Survey option doesn't have much effect. I would go with the second option any day.

Yeah but if you can find a player for less than 1k salary, you can keep him, it will be more money efficient (I know its just a few bucks but it counts) and it will keep your fan survey up so you have nothing to lose.

the effect is rather low to nothing in the fan survey, but i keep 2-3 crappy player in my roster since it is much more comfortable then buying everything 2-3 of them to save 3k. And when there is a little impact on the survey that could make up even this difference, but would be hard to prove or see in the data so you maybe make even the smarter move.

Personally, I just keep my draftees and play them in scrimmages. They give you merchandising bonus just for being on he team, which effectively cuts money out of their salaries. And like Beener said, if ur not managing GS or training, then why are you setting scrimmages anyways?
