Please take a look at my lineup, and my games. Right now i am 2nd in my league, i want to advance this season, i have made a lot of changes since last season, but right now i cant really come up with a way of improvment, what should i do?

Your team is the best in the league just to let you know. You do have a few problems though.

The biggest problem is that you only have 7 players on your team. Although they are all good players, 7 players simply isn't enough. Your game shape is dying because of it. 3 of your best 4 players have either inept or mediocre game shape meaning although they may be 7k+ players they are playing like 3-4k players because they are out of shape.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: I dunno how much money you have but you need to buy at least three more players minimum, in order to get your team's game shape up so you can perform better.

If you can manage your game shape well (BTW i recommend not doing scrimmages until you have at least 12-13 players on your team because they also kill your gameshape if you are playing your starters 90+ minutes per week) then you could easily win your league and promote, but your game shape is your only problem. Solve that and your fine.

Your actually second best only to Cosmik Debris just by salary-check.His guard play is better not by much but it gives him the edge because it's even with 5k players.

1. Your making about 30-50k+ simple from being around the area size and minus the 6 man I had last year.
2. You need a good guard with JS&JR and keep the 10k as a back up.(My Starting SG has 15 &11 with 9 OD and terrible secondaries but it has not shown up yet)
3. I can tell you trains Kolb which is good. Single position OD to prolific and PAS to 9 or higher because he's going to be their for a while.
4. You collect enthusiasm is good because it give you games where you win by 40 or 50 pts. That alone will help when you are 21-1 and have a PD of 850+ you will be bot sweep even if you lose the league.(But DON"T)

5. Play-off time: Norm against weak teams. Then PCT against Cosmik Debris so you are sure you go to the dance.(my only mistake in the play-offs other than the 2-3 in the lose(42578826))

Follow this and your a shoe in for IV.

PS. Don't try playing the entire season going TIE in III you will get burnt. Also If you do it in IV watch for trolls they will gain Enthus. just for your game so norm their norm.

As so do your C and PF have Polific ID? If not get some with it. 2nd in my entire league although I shaved a game to stabilize the Power Ranking in my league that I write.

This part of the guide to BB goes over Game Shape. I recommend reading the whole guide if you haven't yet. Basically you have to get your players between 48-70 minutes a week. 55-60 is better, but 48-70 will usually work. If you're having trouble with that, then I would recommend buying a doctor with the massage speciality as it will allow you to get ~80 minutes a week without getting a GS drop. I cannot stress enough how important GS is. I won my league last year by managing GS and ENTH. My main contender had 50-60k more salary than me, but I beat him because he was bad at managing GS and ENTH. I hope that made sense. Good luck with promotion.

you spent to much on Remi Velasco Aragón. If you can spend like that on a lame 4k player your gonna stay there for a while. 70k is to much get old player because they don't have to train and are worth the 2 or 3 drops a season.

I've bought a lot of trash in my BB career and I can tell you he is still garbage but he's better than I expected. You could have got more for the price you paid though. For example my SF Flint

had a drop and still better 75k. 65 base skills to your 53 base skills. I paid a bit more for a lot more while you paid for FT and ST.
With the exception of my starting Center(2278561) and my Shooting Guards(2805590)(14037063) ever one of my older player cost between 60k-80k and can be a starter in a league game for me.

Basically, base skill is where money should goes but you spent some for FT and ST here. All and All though, Good Luck!

11 players are necessary to run a good rotation, more are luxury.

it depends what training you are doing (2 position and keeping high game shape) is hard with just 11.
The flexibility is valuable too but this is a luxury for some.
