Is it the server problem affecting to new managers becoming supporter?
In the spanish conference there is one guy who already payed but the the supporter features are not activated (even after logging off and on).

By the way, what is the best procedure to report those problems?
I think there is not a forum for supporters, or any statements for them when they have problems.

I would like you to explain this too.I became LA last week or two weeks ago and I didn´t get mi supporter which was an advantage of the LA´s.

Same problem with a french user here.

Tell him to ask BB-Mark

Problem solved for the spanish guy.
I sent a BB-mail to BB-Mark (because he can´t speak english). I guess this is the procedure we should do in these cases.
Anyway, I would suggest to develop a better system for supporter's complaints or problems because not all people can speak english, and as supporters they deserve an easier access to solve these problems.
