Greetings cj champion of the young guns. If you received and read my email you will have hopefully found this thread. You will find the guys here more than happy enough to help you out. As I explained in my email to you, many new managers make many of the same mistakes. Be different, ask us here what you want to know. while we will all be online at different times we will try and answer everything you seek to know.
...and to fellow Div III.3 friends, let's help cj champions out. The more teams that join BB and stay in BB the better.
Finally, cj, how about answering some questions to give us a bit of background. Answer what you want:
