I'm doing PG/SG training for these players:

GIFFORD (age 19)
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: average Handling: proficient
Driving: strong Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: strong
Potential: perennial allstar

RAMZI (age 19)
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: mediocre
Driving: strong Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: strong Free Throw: mediocre
Potential: superstar

I've been training them across all the guard skills, but this attempt at versatility is making them not be good at any one thing. What skills would you focus on to get the most out of both players?

Also being trained is this player, who has been picking up every-other-week pops as I train PG/SG:

DESMONS (age 23)
Jump Shot: marvelous Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: prominent
Driving: prominent Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: mediocre
Potential: perennial allstar

OD is definitely the primary thing for the younger prospects, then I would say Passing and Driving and on short weeks JS, that will probably make them mostly PG's.
