I've heard too many reports where a manager is banned and doesn't even know why he is banned. I think that once the GMs(or BBs?) decide to ban a player, they should give the player a 3 day notice in a BB-mail along with an adequate reason and evidence of why they deserve the ban. The notice will give the manager 3 days to try to explain/defend himself. Then if the user is unable to clear his name after those 3 days, he gets banned and then goes through the longshot appeals and whatever. I think that is more fair to the accused user.

They get an mail, to there mail adress, which shows them where they can ask for information and at the same time appeal to the decision. If we let them play 3 additional day, there is a high chanche that they go amok at the transferlist and maybe this time not for there friend or own purpose.

often such account are created by themself, to ask for it so i would be pleased about an link to the forum post(through ingame mail), where you hear it about where i check the team out and if he is a unrelated third also inform him about the procedere.

Is there a way that the team can be allowed to log-in, but have everything locked except forums and BB-mail? I think that would be helpful.

it is not allowed to talk about cases, and i am pretty sure that will be the thread, And then the only functionality would be the IG mail, which could be replaced by real mails imho who exist.

The question is, if allowing lineup changes would be right, if the assumption of cheating is wrong it would reduce the damage done through it, but on the other hand it could lead to some good by ct's.

edit: and we had ban for spaming and insults already too ;) Maybe an additional notice, when you try to login will do the job.

Well maybe open a new forum, for appeals or clarifications. Like there is for NT coaches that only appears when that manager becomes a NT Coach. Once this player enters the 3 day Pre-Banning period he is allowed to only post in that forum that only GMs and BBs can see otherwise and it is there where he can discuss his defense.

I was more talking about transfer/multiaccounting bans that could be a misunderstanding on the GM part. Not obvious forum bans.

If we provide our evidence, we also provide what cheaters should be watching for next time, I think it's highly unlikely we are gonna provide that info. Besides all cheaters know what they've done wrong.

I do understand your point, but I think there's a difference between evidence and your method of detection. Also I don't think everyone caught of cheating intends to cheat again or even know they were cheating the first time. Also there could be coincidences that could be misinterpreted as cheating.
