Is this even allowed? If not please just delete it right away.

I basically just wanted to ask people what they thought of my team, well from as much as you can tell since you cannot actually see my teams skills. I do not think I will have HCA in the finals(which I should have no problem getting too), so do you guys think I will be able to win the finals on the road against most likely this team(24944). Or am I going to have to make a pickup? This is my economy page:

Player Salaries: $ 125 039 Attendance: $ 125 005
Staff Salaries: $ 26 424 Merchandise: $ 26 814
Scouting: $ 10 000 TV Contract: $ 79 172
Total: $ 161 463 Total: $ 230 991
Typical Weekly Net Income: $ 69 528

Im actually below the league average for salaries which worries me a little. I have 517k and 103 scouting points. Should I make a pickup or do I have a good shot at promoting with the squad I have. Also what is everyones thoughts on my trainees? I am not seriously training anyone. I have a level 4 trainee and I just 2 position train IS/ID and REB for bigs. Here are the 5 that get trained:

Nothing special, but if I continue training these guys, would they help me out in div II or am I going to have to go out and buy some bigs? If I promote that is.

Basically I just wanted to get some tips and opinions on how I am running my team. I love this game and would like nothing more than to get better at it! Thanks :)

One observation on your training: Stop training the 26 and 27 year old you are wasting your time and more importantly training time for the younger players. If you train ID you should be doing 1 position training. Rebounding you can only do 2 position.

Just to touch base with what Prof. Bricks said, you should pretty much stop training someone altogether if they pass the 23-24 range. So your best bet is to just stick to One position training on the 19, 20 and 23 year olds.

I dont need anyones salary to explode, im building players to help my team succeed, not to financially cripple it. Plus the older players still get SOME trainings as their sublevels were increase and they will perform better. Two position training IS and ID is not as bad as people think. I am not trying to build a U21 player or a NT player, im trying to build a div III starter or a div II backup.

I dont have a goal :) I bought them all cheap! I dont wanna train them out of position because I actually want to win games and maintain gameshape right now. Maybe one day ill train a SF or two.

You are somewhat correct on your anaysis of 1 position vs 2 position training. But that is only true for younger players like 18-20 year old. Two position training for them gives about 60% of the training they would receive if you did 1 position. However for the 26-27 year old, 2 position training gives them about 33% of the training they would receive if you did 1 position training.

Two position training isn't nearly as bad as it is often made out to be. If you're training a guy for international play, or trying to make a player that will start at the top levels, it's just not going to work, but for lower and midlevels, it's quite possible to make decent players with 2position training.

On the other hand, training 26 and 27 year olds with starter potential is just not overly useful. They're going to pop slowly if at all.
