He has good starting skills for a pg trainee but his height will definitely slow down the outside skills training, plus he'll be turning 20 soon,so if I were you,I'd train him as a PF,since he has a good height for inside training plus he has good outside secondaries to begin with.

But since he'll be turning 20,I wouldn't make him my primary trainee,I guess its better you try and draft/buy 1or2 18y/o bigmen after the drafts for this season are out, then train them with this guy as a benefitor from their training

Yea thats sounds like a good idea I have been using him as a PF he'll score 10-16 and have 10-12 reb.

He still needs some work on his inside skills though, especially his pitiful RB and ID.
Anyways, all the best in training him:)

Not worth putting any effort into at all. Height is tall for a guard trainee and his outside defense is bad for a 19 almost 20 year old trainee. Has a inside player, his pitiful ID is just painful. Why bother with this guy at all. There are much better trainees on the transfer list for very cheap and, beginning next season, you'll have a bunch more choices of 18 year olds with better starting skills.

Plus, I hate players with Atrocious stamina. You'll have to train that up to Respectable/Strong at some point and in the meantime, he will be difficult to get full 48 minutes as they get tired easily and want to sub out even if you don't have a backup assigned to him.

Wow, sell the guy that helped your team stay withen 25 yesterday against me.(Just Kidding) Well, If you think you can get big bucks with Dai Phan, go for it. Well, at least then you'll be able to get a better player for him.

I'll agree mostly with what GKhan posted.

If you do, for some reason, feel attached to the player, he's not completely worthless. His passing, handling and OD are fairly decent for a low level big man, so if you were willing to put in the time to get his ID and RB up over time, he would be of some use some day. But given his age and the proximity of the draft, I would imagine that he's not a guy that should be part of the long-term plan.
