Next season I look like I may get promoted through bot clearance but every player on my team apart from 3 is going to be 30 or over next season. I wondered would it be a good idea to sell all the old players next season and completely rebuild my squad around the 3 young player as they are my current trainees and one of the looks like he could become a NT player. Or should I just sell the really old guys that are going to like 33/34 and buy new for their positions?

Yes, you should, because after a player on BB turns 33, it goes downhill from there. Palit, Kalanj, and Krzysztoporski are great guys to build your team around. The current 30 and 31 year olds can stay for about 1 more season, in my opinion, but the rest that are turning 33, should go.

Tanking and demoting can be financially crippling. All your revenue streams will take a huge hit.

Since you will alway make more money in the higher league, I've always thought that rebuilding is far easier if you don't demote. So what if you're players are older? They're not going to fall off the side of a cliff at the same time, save money and upgrade to younger players when you can.

And if you think your team is old, check out mine. I think I have you beat. ;)

Yeah arrows I'd go for more of a gradual replacement program if I were you, try to trade out 2 or 3 next season, then maybe the rest the season after that, don't try to do it all at once.

And we're excited for Shatrughan next season on the U21 :D

Sell all your players. Expand bleachers by at least 3000 and lower tier by at least 300. Then buy new players that you can afford.
