I'm a little confused here about these two items. first, can the enthusiasm of a team be changed from game to game? ex.; right now for my game tonight my attitude is set to crunch time but my enthusiasm level is equal to 3. I don't really understand this and how it works. if there is a way to adjust the enthusiasm level, how is it done? Second, how do i read the playoff table in the league standings page. according to the game manual, the #1 and #4 teams from each conference meet in 1st round of playoffs as do the #2 and #3 teams with those two winners meeting to decide the conference champion. yet, when i look at the table, it shows my team, which is #4 in my bracket as playing the #2 team on the other side of the bracket in 1st round. i know this is confusing but it's the only way I know how to explain it. I'm not sure how the "conferences" are broken down to begin with? you have "the big eight" and then you have "the great eight. how does this compute? sorry to confuse everyone.

Your enthusiasm changes after every game you play. Every season i believe you start with 7 enthusiasm. Enthusiasm changes according to how much effort you put into your games. For instance if yo play normal every game you enthusiasm will remain at 7. If you TIE for a few games then your enthusiasm will rise and if you CT a few games then your enthusiasm will go down and your team wont play as well. Right now you seem to be CT a lot of games where you don't need to so your enthusiasm is really low (3) and you should look at TIE for a few games. You should only CT for games that are very important or you think you might lose unless you CT. For instance my team is the best in the league so i tend to TIE every game except against 2 or 3 teams. This is because when i TIE my enthusiasm rises and i play better. You should look at doing the same and not CT every game And i dunno what your looking at because it shows in the bracket that you play the number one seed in the first round of the playoffs... The Big 8 and Great 8 are just like the Eastern and Western conferences in the NBA. You play more teams from your own conference, and you only play playoff games against your side until the championship just like the NBA. Hope this helped.

As far as enthusiasm that you can not adjust it just depends on how rested your team is it is not a good idea to play crunch time unless you really need to win and even if you do need to win an enthusiasm level of 8 playing normal is the same as playing crunch time with enthusiasm level 5, the only way to raise enthusiasm is to play TIE against the teams you can beat or are equal with normal may raise it up to 5

ok, I think I have it down. want to thank all of you guys for answering my question. Manon, I will definitely do my best to manage ENT better this next season. am really enjoying myself and hope I can improve my team steadily. again, thanks guys. appreciate it.
