I was having a look at my players going into the draft, and I noticed that it seemed that some of my older ones weren't as playoff ready (no really high gameshape.)

I know this has nothing to do with their age, but because of how many minutes they played last week, but just think, what if age actually affected gameshape.

It makes sense that as the season wears on, older players won't play at their best because they are older, and have aging bodies, so maybe to add some realism, buzzerbeater should make age affect gameshape as well.

It could be that it is harder to reach Proficient gameshape all together, or that older players cap at a lower gameshape, while younger players' gameshape caps a bit higher.

I feel it could add some more realism to this game as a whole.

Actually, in reality, many older players come into the season out of shape and use the regular season to get into shape for the playoffs (like Shaq, KG).

That's true. But when Shaq was younger, he still didn't prepare but was still in shape as the season began. Ah, it's great to be young!
