I know all teams paying their team and staff salaries thy day but do we get the tv contract and merchandise that update too?

Also do the off season days count for arena construction time?

they do count but i have had an awful time when it comes to arena expansion during off season.cuz of the off season processing the arena expansion almost came to a standstill for me in the last 2 seasons.i hope you dont face such problems.

When it comes to arena construction, to paraphrase Orwell, every day counts, but some count more than others.

Which is to say that whether your arena is scheduled to be complete in 7 inseason days, 7 offseason days, or any combination thereof, it is entirely certain to take more like 13.
