Wait until the offseason. An option to change your team name for $100000 will appear at your team page.

its your choice but i wouldnt be in a rush to spend 100k on a non-important thing like that just now , that 100k should be used to improve your team considerably , you should also look to improve your teams gameshape if you want to compete next season. Look to play your main guys between 60-75 mins a week.

As someone already mentioned, don't spend $100,000 on changing your team name when you're in D5. Waste of $.
