I have an 18 year old point guard with proficient passing, he just got a pop in passing in yesterday's update. I'm think of either using Princeton or Motion for my games, i want to use a slow paced offensive tactic to generate assists for my starting point guard.

My three best shooters have the following Jump Shot skills, Tremendous, Sensational and Polific. I don't have much of an inside game except one player who has proficient Inside Shot. I know it depends on the other team's defense, but my best shooters should still score and my point guard who is my best passer should still get asissts, so what tactic between princeton and motion is the best for me to use to generate assists for my 18 year old point guard?

And thanks for any answers.

Princeton is an Inside/Outside with a lot of 3's so dont use that, I would recommend Motion, maybe R&G but since you said you want a slow pace offense, go with Motion or Patient. Im sure your best scorer can't be stopped in D.V with that kind of JS and maybe if his Handling, Driving and JR are pretty high as well he will be like kobe.

If you're PG has a good passing and driving skill, and your inside is good too, I would actually go for Look Inside or Low Post.. my PG manages an avg of ~10 assists / 48 min

Even if his driving is only strong? I do have another proficient driver though.

Strong is not that bad, you're only playing DIV.5. My player his driving is level 8 and passing is level 10, so you should be fine.

Ok, thanks everyone, i know what tactic to use, and it won't be princeton or patient thanks again. I'll try look inside in tonight's scrimmage.

Set him as C, then he should have more assist.

Buy teammates with atrocious passing. He will be the one sharing the ball. Then run run and gun and he should have like 15 assists average:D Seriously all team passing is way better than 1 guy. For example my team pg,sg are beasts at passing and every teammate even center have it 8+ atleast 70% shots comes after assist, mostly dunks:) so not that bad. Had game with 85% assisted shots earlier this seazon too.

It is bad idea to buy players with PS=1.
