What does the green arrow on a players profile mean?
It means your player "leveled up" in that skill.
When I train a position, does that mean the players best position, or where he is playing at currently?
Where he played that week. See the rules section on training for more information.
Is there any drawback to having a scrimmage?
Only the risk of injuries. The training minuted they generate, however, are certainly worth the risk.
