This isn't a huge problem. It's just kind of strange. For the past two seasons it's apparently been like this.

Check the Suggestions they are important

There was a bug in that code which actually made all players of a country the same type. Next season's players will be fine.

Ethnicity is also stored as a percentage for each country. The names generation does not happen in the same process so it would not be easy to code something to tie them together.
