Nah man, my team is really bad for div III. Just looking train my future stars, get the best draftee available and make cash. How about your team plans?

I plan on getting in the playoffs this season. But I plan on going for the win in maybe season 21 or season 22.
Right now I'm also focusing on training my guards.
Good luck to you.
I've taken a look at your roster, just a heads up, if your planning on training future stars make sure you get players with good potential. Potential is very important, if your players potential isn't very good, he may get capped, meaning that his skills won't be able to higher.

Take a look at this site, this will tell you when your player will get capped according to potential.

Hopefully you can navigate your way around, as long as your browser translates pages. Ask me if you need help.

Yeah thanks, but yeah I know what I'm doing with my 3 trainees. All I want is for them to me decent starters for me and help my team though DivIV (if I relegate), divIII, and maybe through divII. If my HOF can become a real stud or a NT candidate then that's a bonus.

And yes I do know about that website.

Goodluck to you too

How is your team tracking vinsane? Im like Aus boomers, just moved up from div 4, so trying to expand my arena, get training (guards for me), and get another good draftee. Forgot to ask you Aus boomers, are you training guards or Big guys? Who will you be searching for in this draft?

Yeah, prob the same, take the best available, but was keen to pick up someone to train into a SF pos. Ive got 2 good trainee guards atm, so if i train a SF over the next few seasons in guard skills, then when my guards max out, switch over to big guys and round out a nice team, training 2 big guys and my sf in big skills. Any reason that wont work??

I hope there's no reason why that won't work because I'm planning the exact same thing! I've got a point guard trainee, a decent shooting guard trainee and my HOF small forward trainee. So maybe next season or the folowing one I'm going to switch to big man skills.

Goodluck with it all
