This is the team I have, I have done some TL of players. Nothing really huge. I hired a trainer and PR guy around what the guide, and help stuff say I should have.

Who should be my trainee focus behind Mitch Power? Clemence Alston? Gerry Cathey? Jackie Davidson?

I currently have a few more people in the TL I am looking at/trying to acquire.

My league doesn't seem that competitive? Bahia Spot, Da Big Boyz, and Muffin Men seem to be the only teams with better teams right now, although Albatrosses has an All-Time Great potential player, so he could be trouble too!

the roster of 13-15 seems to big to me. I'd like to stay around 12, are any of my "vets" sell-able for a decent amount?
Coronoa, Kay, and Pierre specifically?
Should I just cut one? Leave be and re-evaluate if I get 1 or both of my guys I am going for?

*edit*
Would I want to use Base Offense? Push the Ball? Patient? Look Inside? Motion? Run and Gun?

Ok for training a guy, I would pick Clemence Alston. 1 cause he's 18, 2 is because the other guys you mentioned aren't gonna have that many pops left I believe, so train Alston. As for roster, cut the bench warmer potential guy/the 6th man potential guy. You're down to 11 players and you're fine! For conference, I would leave that for a conference expert......(don't think I'll give right advice)

the 6th man potential guy is the 3rd highest salary guy on my team... the most well rounded player as well able to play the 3-5 despite being 7'0 tall. His jumpshot might be the only reason I couldn't run him at a 2. and you're saying, I should cut him, just because of his potential? shouldn't I keep him until I have a better option?

Oh, well, didn't know his skills, keep him, what about the bench warmer?

yeah... he got cut.

I would love to (and am working on) have better options than him. But I just don't. As I broke down my team by stats, players, rankings, etc. plugging into equaitons. CA would be a better trainee option than JD, and where MP who has my best potential does make sense... its a tough spot due to his significantly lower skill count. Though I did fine my next guy to cut when I acquire a better player.

I can't figure out which offense I should run against teams I can/should beat.
Do I PTB, RNG, Motion, Patient, LI?

I can't figure out which I should use.

Any training can pop any skill because of cross training.

Is there a particular offensive tactic, that gets you to the FT line more often?

I think Bahia Sport is no longer a no-win situation...
but Da Big Boyz, still may be. Muffin Men also now seems like I can take them, any thoughts?

An inside offense, especially Look Inside where there is a lot of driving.
