It has already changed even though it's only the 30 may. Shouldn't it change on 1 april?

Yes, just discovered that.
I was lucky to make my changes yesterday after the last game of the month.

In the rules, it's written that the prices are updated at 00:00 the first day of the month. So it must be a bug...
