It also depends on the league. In div 4 i have drafted 2 best trainees with 16th and 32th picks:D With 16 th i got my number 1 choice and with 32 i got 4th choice:) 57 and 49 skilpoints respectively. Also potencial wast that high only PA, but there was no mvp that year in the draft. So it mostly depends on the league scouting average, not for the place you are standing in. For example i had 16th pick in div 5 but i didnt even bothered to scout cause league scouting average was over 25k or so, while in div 4 only 8k:D Now in div 3 its 10k not so sick but im having top 3 pick, so gona scout still:) ANd would scout evening while having 16th pick. cause those 10k means that actually 3 teams besides mine are scouting:)
