Those numbers represent the number of weeks of "max" training that your guy has received. So for example the +1 Jump range means that the player has received the equivalent of 1 week of 48+ minutes of outside shooting for SG training. It does take into account secondary training (meaning that any JS weeks trained would also increase the Jump range + XX) and scales for 2 position weeks (so you'd get less if you did outside shooting, PG/SG). It does NOT account for height though, or age I think. So it's kinda a rough guide to follow along with the amount of training required per pop. The "training durations" will list the number of maximal training weeks between each pop of a skill, so you can start to see trends in your trainee slowing down.

In LA-kalebam's case, the +7.2 driving would correspond to over 7 weeks of 1v1 training without a pop. Obviously something got missed. If you still have other records for your trainee, you might go through the weeks you've entered and see if a DR pop (or two!) got missed.
