I think he's referring to the USA offsite, which was having some issues with the host being blacklisted by some ISPs. Nothing to do with www.buzzerbeater.com itself.

The answer is, "not yet, but hopefully soon"

It's an offsite for USA owners to discuss the USA NT and U21 programs. We recently moved hosting companies, and so now people who were having trouble connecting (usually people with Comcast as an ISP in the USA) should now be able to connect.
