I am from Hong Kong but I am very much related to Singapore. Recently the U21 manager refused to save 6-7 18-20 MVP / HOF players on bot team. Considering Singapore is a very small country, this is a disaster. Is there really no way that we can save them?

Not as far as I'm aware. If the NT or U21 coach won't save them, I guess you're screwed. Sorry.

thanks all. another question: the U21 manager is doing a poor job, with popularity about 40%. is there any mechanism to replace bad managers?

Unfortunately, no. Many nations have has similar issues, but as of right now, there is no way of replacing a bad manager midway through their term.

Based on salary and age, IMHO, only the last player seems worth saving for possible inclusion in a U21 Pool
