15 minutes before the game and always after that. It's been like this for ages. The "manage my team"-page must be updated as soon as the game is calculated - that's why you can also see if you've received cup money and will be in the cup next week.

Well actually there's a more serious issue with this. I checked during my tournament game that the prize money was already on my balance. For tournament games it works as a spoiler before the end of the game!
