How important is passing for an SF? He will be more outside orientated, and has proficients/prominents on all his actual skills (excluding stamina and FT) except JR and SB.

I plan to train him for a bit alongside my SG's, and get some more OD/JS/JR and some of the other guards needs. Everyone is
doing OK for passing, but am not sure how important it is for a SF to have good passing?

He currently has Proficient passing.

Any information would be useful :)

Thanks,

galla

I think Prominent is a good level for a SF. However with SF's the problem is you never have enough time to train everything so it comes down to preference.

Proficient sounds good. I don't think an SF needs more than proficient passing, unless he plays in a really strong league. Train something else like DRI or HAN instead.

Would you say that PA is more important for PF than SF in LI?

From what I have seen, no. In fact, I believe the opposite is true. Of course, all positions need PA, but the SF benefits more from higher PA than a PF would. The overall goal of LI is for the guards to get the ball to the bigs, and take more drives to the basket. If an SF has the same amount of PA that a PF does, the plays in the viewer show us that the SF benefits more. A PF needs PA as well, but their main job in LI is to score and grab rebounds.

I think LI is broken and easily defended.

With the right players and skills, yes it is.
