USA wins the last two straight world U21 championships and still is somehow number 2 in the rankings.

That makes sense. I know the rankings say 1 and 2 are really close, but the system could still be improved on.

If active teams has any impact on NT strenght, for example, impacting number of high potential draftees, number of teams training local players, etc. Active teams do have something to do with the conversation.

Unless, there was no conversation going on but a mere statement of Poland being participating(Top10 basis) on those three rankings. To wich I have not much to say but good luck with that.
