Basically how much more would a guy like this:

Jump Shot: stupendous Jump Range: wondrous
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: marvelous
Driving: prodigious Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: tremendous Inside Def.: prominent
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: inept

Experience: strong

produce for the team in comparison to a guy like this:

Jump Shot: stupendous Jump Range: wondrous
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: marvelous
Driving: prodigious Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: inept

Experience: strong

Basically, how much of a difference does inside shot make to a players scoring ability or to his performance in-game?

Should I only be going for people with good inside shot if I am playing an inside game/LI? If I am playing motion would these players (with high inside shot but playing small forward) not be as effective?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I have reposted this, since my previous thread didn't get many replies.

Simply my personal preference, as I know others would disagree with me, but I put a lot of stock into IS. Two seasons back I had two guards with terrible IS ratings that were largely inefficient in an inside offense. Now I have two new guards, more or less same ratings with dramatically higher IS, and they're light years more effective.

I love well rounded players, the more things your players can do, the more your team can. Youll see your team scoring much easier if everyone is well rounded.

I dont know about the DR and IS for "driving layup". My backup PG who was a starter last season in D.IV had 11 DR and 1 IS and the majority of his points came from "driving layups". So I go with the theory that "Driving Layup" is a hidden attribute or that it only relies on DR and not so much IS, because of my PG who was great at Driving Layups with 11 DR and 1 IS.

Well in d.iv how many guards are you going to see With 8/8 Id/is and that's why now I have a 13/6 DR/IS PG, but I still believe driving layup is a hidden attribute.
