Every players will have their last days in their career... that sucks. What about if you get to keep some of your players in your PL. Like if he has play x amount of games for you, trained x amount of minutes under your team, being your home grown players/draftees, entered your HOF, you may grant him a glorified position and keep him in your PL?

The evil idea is that you lose him forever if you stop being a supporter for a x amount of time .... muhahaha.

Sorry I thought it's obvious enough so I didn't care to describe it.

Sure you can keep any players forever but we seldom do it, right? Because if you keep them long enough their skills will drop and play like amateurs. My idea to 'keep' them is by taking a snapshot of their skills at any point in their career, if others still haven't done this to them, i.e. no single player can be 'kept' by multiple BB managers.
