I do not want to promote out of of D.V just yet. I need more training. Can I be guaranteed not to promote at 19-3 or should I be safe and have a 18-4 record?

(Tornado Turtles, I heard some guys say that in un-competitive D4 League there are SOME bots, and if he stays up in 5th the bots pick badly(from mentor) and he has a chance at a gem.)
