Hey guys,

At the start of the season, one of my players popped from respectable game shape to proficient. Unfortunately I don't know how many minutes he played that week, I'm just wondering the best amount of minutes to give your player throughout the week to pop his game shape higher. I would also like to know how much game shape training would pop a players game shape and whether they would work on injured players

Thanks for your help :)

Amount of minutes needed are generally from 48-75. If you want the greatest chance of good GS, 50-60 minutes would be considered the sweet spot. Do not game shape train if you are training someone. IF you have nothing but grandpas and you want to prepare for a tough game or playoffs, then by all means go for it. Game shape training doesn't guarantee that your players will pop. It is possible that it can work on injured players, since it is a team training skill.

Yes it does work on injured players. My team is one with all grandpa's so I've used this a few times. I've been able to get every single player on my roster at proficient and maintain it. It really helps out.
