well, a lot of teams (including me) these days are doing Look Inside and man 2 man tactics. But you have to have good IS on Bigs. For D5 it's easy, look at my 4 bigs IS

James Coleman (trainee): 10 IS
Dezider Dekis: 11 IS
Henrique Forjaz: 12 IS
Val Delong (trainee): 7 IS

So basically you need to have 10+ IS in ordeer for it to work. also ID wouldn't be too bad get soe1 with 9+ID in that area. As far as boards go get some1 with 10+ in that area, so your team gets many chances. IS on your guards wouldn't be too bad, maybe like 7+. But have guards that can shoot too cause they're valuable in shot clock situations. 9+ JS is a good start. OD is key to a succesful Inside team, have them over 10 OD. Driving also helps at times. Hope this helps

The amount of IS needed in some respects depends on other skills as well - if you have passing throughout your team, for example, you'll find a lot of assisted shot opportunities, which need much less IS to succeed.
