Hi all
I was having a discussion with someone in a league forum, and they were suggesting that it was common knowledge that lower divisions have a higher proportion of better potential draftee's, compared to higher divisions.

That is, the chances of getting an All-time great in a league in Div I is less than compared to a league in Div IV.

I can't say ive seen any evidence or forum discussion which points to this conclusion. My understanding is that its of equal likeliness across all division levels.

can anyone else confirm/deny/provide any input?

yar thats what i figured. i also did some quick analysis of this an managed to jag an ATG player for sale, whom was drafted from a Division I draft.

ironically, of the 20-odd ATG players that were on the transfer market at the time, the majority of them were undrafted players - that is, players who had been given to teams on startup.

i did start to do some analysis of draft's from varous leagues, but its very time consuming. Im wondering if anyone has done data analysis of various drafts in the past?
