Honestly, he isn't that great of a guy to train, because he's 22. Potential doesn't affect how quickly someone can train, it just affects how far he can be trained, and with him being 22, there's no way that he can be trained to his full potential.
Fortunately for you, you have a great trainee on your team with Neil Vick. He has a great height, age, and potential for a small forward, but small forwards are generally tough to train, even for some of the more experienced players on buzzerbeater. You could probably sell him for a decent amount of cash, maybe even around 500k if he has well balanced skills and no gaps.
If you do plan on training him, then make sure you train him with one position training (Two if that's the lowest it can go) and give him 48 minutes at the necessary position. I'd recommend training plenty of outside defense from the start, because it is trained at a much slower rate when he gets older. Skills like handling, driving, and passing can still be trained quickly when he's older, so it's best to wait for a while to train those, unless they are low right now, around inept or lower. For small forwards on BB, jump shot, outside defense, and inside defense are probably the skills you would want the highest on him, with handling, driving, passing, inside shot, and rebounding being a little lower, and shot blocking and jump range not being important, around respectable when he's completely done.
