I want to train my pg these are his skills

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: inept
Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: average

Experience: atrocious

He's 18 and potential of star

I know star isnt the best potential, but seeing as I just joined BB and have only played 1 game I thought I should start off small instead of wasting my money and time and screwing myself failing a training with someone who has a really good potential.
I haven't trained him yet but i want to spend the rest of the season on his OD and hopefully get a couple pops. But I'm new so I'm not really sure what the best plan i should take would be to get the most out of him.

Looks good, do a lot of Outside Defense and Passing this season, then do some Driving during PO's maybe. And just keep rotating something like that for his first 2 seasons of training.
I would say look to get him to look something like this by the end of next season.
8 6
11 6
8 10

He can end up to play as a starter up to, D.3 level.

It also depends on your style of play. Put for PG PA and OD are the most imporatnat skills, you other value are decent for D.V, you might want to improve them a little if you promote to D.IV

Be careful not to spend all your money on expensive new recruits, you should also improve your arena capacity.

It's off topic, but watching your roster, there are no reasons to keep 19 players, usually around 12 is enough.
And also try to have your players especially the starters play around 60 minutes per week , and in the 48-75 minutes range.
That way you should improve your game shape to 8-9 which is really important.

Are you talking about Luca Meßner? 183 cm?

He needs a lot of handling training. Start with handling till the end of the season. He will need it if he is to create some scoring chances. You said OD but even if you train his OD to let's say 10-11, it won't be enough to stop opponent's good offensive player on his good day. And your guard will still have low handling and driving and won't produce anything on either end of the floor.
