The active player is only 45000 now， i remember it could reach to more than 60000 several seasons ago.
i think it because of the economic depression and tanking。
my suggestion
first ： canceling the free agent could encourage the player Training
second： twice the floor salary and set the salary cap about four times of floor salary ,
doing this can impore the match quality。
third： the supporter private league up to 2 games per week

Wish the BB better and better

I think problem of user base decrease is somewhere else. Lack of abilities and sources of BBs to solve more than critical bugs with performance etc. The game in general hasn't been improved for many seasons.

though i dont like tanking either, that's not the only thing that could be corrected. Each season we only see one or two minor changes to already existing feature. There's no brand new, fresh game features. I know that BB team is working hard and is probably understaffed but still they could add more things to the game.

+ i no longer experience any performance issues. everything is running quite good to me for now.

In my eyes it's weak statement to write about no performance issues just at the time of performance issues no matter how long it worked without it before. We will see if it is just small trouble or start of new long term issues. So pointing out that there are troubles at the moment it's absolutely relevant.

Maybe marginal effect. I don't expect increase in autumn, maybe just stop of decrease.
