Ok so I forgot to set my lineup for my scrimmage, and now my starters are going to have too too many minutes, and one of my best players is going to have 110+ minutes, which is terrible, too terrible that not even my lvl 3 doc with massage could help it. So now my only hope of having their GS not too bad/winning a title is GS training. So what is GS training? and how much could it cut the severity of GS drops? Thanks in advance.

It is tough to say for certain but I believe that massage with GS training would likely help guys from dropping 2 levels and likely only drop 1 GS level.

You're going to want to PON game two, stock enthusiasm for game 3 with HCA and yes, train GS. It should prevent any of your players from dropping, especially if you have a massage doctor.
