I see lots of posts recently posting that their team or opponent had a player with huge salary per week so he is a great player ...

well i have a 12k player really old with atrocious (1) jump range ... plays center in my team and got MVP award in my league (had like 2-3 active teams maximum ... it was more a bot league ... but that is not the point)

(2939506)

30k+ player , scored more points but still
(4380727)
(8012680)

I had 2 players with 30k salary , scored more than him but still didnt get MVP awards .... I personally think it is not the salary but the skills needed for that position that is important .... like maybe my 12k center had skills high in areas what center needs , maybe like passing strong (8) , rebounding sensational (12) etc.

Well skills are the most important thing of course. But higher skills mean wages are higher. The important thing is having value for the wage you are playing.

Only trainer level matters. A lever 5 trainer on 30k will train the same speed as a level 5 trainer on 45k.
