I can tell you for sure that the age increase and salary update won't come any earlier than around 8:00 tonight because they can't do that until the U21 Americas final is over with, which is at 6:00. Not sure about the other stuff.

Well Canada plays a scrimmage that starts half an hour after the Americas final so I think everyone might have to wait for that to finish ;)

Well, it says that it will start at the last COMPETITIVE national team of the day, and last i checked, a scrimmage isn't competitive

Well, most of Canada's non-scrimmage games could only be charitably called "competitive".
