IK everyone at this time is asking it and it may be annoying, but help a bruva out ;P.

He's not the suckiest suck that ever sucked, and you're not really going to get anything for selling him, so there's a case to be made for training him. On the other hand, despite his non-superlative status of suckiness, he does still suck.

I would not waste time on him. You can pay $1000 and get a much better prospect. I find it hard to motivate training of any 18 year old with a salary below $2500 and this player is 19 year old which is certainly not improving my interest in training the player.

It is unlikely that anyone will buy the player if you transfer list him. As he got good skills for his low salary he might be worth keeping in the team and play against weak teams (or in scrimmages) but that is the only use I can see from him.
