You guys are such slackers! Ha. I was waiting for someone to make a thread and welcome the newbs to DII, oh well.

Like many other promotee's this season -- this is my first taste of DII basketball. It's an awesome feeling! So many prolific managers in this league, too! Although, this isn't the NBBA or anything... So it's not that awesome. Just a little awesome. Good luck, fellas!

BTW: Ed Elkins says hi to his former D-II.3 owner, BFiddy. Hah, weird. I just noticed that... Some what Ironic.

Haha, indeed! ;)

Edit: Speaking of the wildcats... how long have you been following them? I'm more into the NBA -- My favorite team is the Sacramento Kings, God help me! But I've been following the wildcats ever since John Wall/D-Cuz/Calipari. I can't call myself a "true fan," but I follow them and admire Calipari for his coaching skills; especially his recruiting! Always an exciting team to watch! Noel's should be a beast this season.

We're all grumpy and with bad tempers after years of disappointment. Bah humbug!

Fun Fact: My streak of 2 away TV games was extended to 8 straight seasons.

Oh i've been a UK fan since I've liked bball, the Patrick Sparks, Ramel Bradley days. Before coach Cal made them a true powerhouse haha. I mean I'm glad we have a great team now and all, but it was alot more fun watching the games back then when UK actually had a chance at losing. (more than 3 games a season anyway lol) Noel will be an amazing player, but Ryan Harrow may surprise people, rumored to have a 50+ inch vertical.

Welcome to the new guys (I've been busy, so sorry for the late welcome)!

I guess we can all agree to be UK fans? I've been a UK fan since I was a kid too. As a matter of fact, I clearly remember watching the '78 championship game, with Goose Givens’ 41 points and James Lee’s exclamation point dunk at the end of the game.

As a Gator fan myself, even though I dislike UK basketball immensely, I have to give coach Cal credit and grudgingly admit that he might bring them even more vacated national titles in the next few years.

Well if we can't all agree to be UK fans I think it's definitely clear everyone's a Kentucky Wildcats fan.
