So in this game, which my team lost in OT....

not a single timeout was called by my team until in OT when they were down by 7.

They had a double digit lead in 4th quarter at one point... lead by 2 with less than 5 seconds left and had a buzzer beater force the OT... started OT on the wrong end of a run.... etc. but no timeouts were called until literally, there is no point to it.
Poll:  Is the situation regarding when timeouts are called a major issue?
Yes, very much so
No, I don't think the outcomes are effected much

It's not an impossible scenario. While it may be a bad decision by the coach, it's not something that doesn't happen in real life.

....I'm not saying you're wrong.... but could you give me 1 example please?

The only thing I can come up with is the chris webber timeout with none left, which is the extreme on the other end...
