What is the best way to train JR for my PG. and how much JR against JS ir best for PG?

Get his JS/OD/PA as the highest of his skills, but not too much higher than HA/DR. You want your JS higher than JR because if JR is higher, then from my experience, the shooter takes more outside shots/three pointers than needed (and they will miss a lot). I don't know how good your PG needs to be in Latvia, so let me say anywhere from 10 JS, 6 JR to 15 JS, 12 JR would be fine IMO.

I used to have a guard that had 11 JS/JR, 9 HA, 6 DR and 9 PA. He did shoot a lot of threes (probably because of his low DR), but his PA was the 2nd highest on the team. He would usually take anywhere from 3 to 6 threes a game. Don't know why he didn't pass the ball more.

imho 10/6 is a bad combination, with 15/12 i could agree. I think with 10 JS you should have 8 JR.

Sometimes Motion, sometimes LP. I used LP extensively last season, and he still took 3-4 threes a game. Not sure if he was the best shooter.
