If I move to another country, is there any way to move my team to that country also? Or am I always stuck in the same country I picked when I started the game?

You don't choose a country. It depends where you are physically located when you sign up. If you physically move to another country you can still play with your current team in your current league. However if you want a team in your new country you will have to let your old team go bot and start afresh.
