en "vista general", entre el logor y el banner dice "Editar logo y banner del equipo", obien escribe esto en el navegador "http://www.buzzerbeater.org/BBWeb/teampageedits.aspx"

debes subirla a un servidor de imagenes tipo www.imageshack.us o http://www.imagechile.net/ y copiar el link que te dan, el que termina en extension "jpg"(o va a depender de la extension de la imagen), ese link lo colcas en el espacio del logo o banner y le das a actualizar.
