Hi,

I have a difficult game this weekend. I was wondering what is best option to play against someone who plays Patient and 2-3 zone.
My rating from the last home game are(default strategies both on offense and defense):
Outside Scoring mediocre (medium)
Inside Scoring mediocre (high)
Perimeter Defense inept (high)
Inside Defense mediocre (medium)
Rebounding awful (high)
Offensive Flow inept (low)

His ratings from last away game are:
inept (medium) Outside Scoring
mediocre (high) Inside Scoring
awful (medium) Perimeter Defense
average (low) Inside Defense
mediocre (medium) Rebounding
awful (high) Offensive Flow

From the rating it seems i have the edge but his rebounding is much better and I was wondering if I should worry about it.

Thanks

I wouldn't, it is not that much higher, and you beat him on all other areas almost :) And if you don't feel comfortable, a Crunch Time will certainly do the job.

thank you all for replies,

I managed to beat him in OT. Now I have another difficult games, in fact 2 games (one in the cup).
I am not sure what the following messages mean, if someone can help me. I have to play with team, let's say X. The last 2 games of X team have some messages:
1)X looked like the only team trying out there.
This means he played crunch ? (it was in the cup)
2)Y put more into this game than X.
This means X was playing easy? This was a game with a team from the 7th place so it would make sense.

If he played crunch 1st game and easy 2nd game , how would be his ratings(compared to normal) if he plays crunch with me?
I am not sure how to play the next 2 games, in the cup i do not stand to many chances so I am thinking of improving those by playing crunch and to play the tomorrow game normal. But i am not sure if even playing crunch would help me so the other way around is to play crunch tomorrow and take it easy in the cup. What do you think? Btw, i am playing both games away.

The last 2 games of team X are these:
1)This was in the cup
Outside Scoring average (low)
Inside Scoring mediocre (medium)
Perimeter Defense mediocre (medium)
Inside Defense inept (high)
Rebounding mediocre (medium)
Offensive Flow inept (high)

2)This was in the league
mediocre (high) Outside Scoring
mediocre (high) Inside Scoring
inept (medium) Perimeter
inept (low) Inside Defense
inept (medium) Rebounding
inept (medium) Offensive Flow

My last game ratings (home game):
Outside Scoring mediocre (high)
Inside Scoring average (medium)
Perimeter Defense mediocre (high)
Inside Defense average (medium)
Rebounding mediocre (medium)
Offensive Flow inept (low)

The oponent from the cup has much better stats, these are the ratings from his last game home(in the cup):
Outside scoring mediocre (high)
Inside Scoring mediocre (high)
Perimeter Defense inept (high)
Inside Defense respectable (low)
Rebounding average (medium)
Offensive Flow inept (high)

Than you

On the first, yes. The "only team trying out there" is only displayed when it's a crunch vs. TIE. On the second, it means either a TIE vs. Normal or a Normal vs. crunch. If you know the other team is a bot then you can be sure that they played normal, otherwise you can try to figure out their tendencies by looking over past matches.

I don't have time at the moment to answer the other parts, though hopefully someone else can. I'll try to check back in later this morning otherwise.

From my experience, motion absolutely kills a 2-3 zone.

Hi,

Thank you for the answer. In order to run LI what do I need in order to succeed? I guess guards need to have some good skills or C and PF should have some driving abilities? I never run LI or LP so I do not know how they work.
If I run LI Outside Scoring will decrease?

Thanks

I wouldn't exactly use the "absolutely kills" words...

(21325)

Playing away with less enthusiasm, but still only a 14 points loss (we should win this with M2M).
