Neither. The skills you trained for one on one were all close to popping for those 2 guys. If you train the same thing this coming week, chances are neither will pop. (unless you get a cross training pop)

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I see, btw, what is a cross training? I'm a little confuse about it. If I cross train "one on one" and "pressure", what will be the result? Is there a table or formula for this type of training?

cross training means you can get any skill to pop no matter what are you training, since every time player gets trained 10% the value of skillups goes to a random skill. For example my guy this week poped in JR when i was training driving.

is it more than one random skill? how many? I got 2 random skill pop, so it means 2 or more random skills are given a 10% increase?

No, since every skill train other skills too. Like in ur place training driving you get training at driving, also some decent amount on handling and a fair share on JS and IS. Its like driving pops every 2.5 weeks, handling 3.5 weeks, jump shot every 8-10 weeks and IS 8-10 weeks.

And crosstraining is called when for example you get pop in OD while training driving.

training primary position secondaries

pressure OD PG ID HA DR
shot blocking SB C ID RB
inside defense ID C IS SB
rebounding RB C/PF ID IS
inside scoring IS C ID JS
one on one DR PG/SG HA JS
one on one DR SF/PF HA IS JS
outside shooting JR SG JS DR HA
jump shot JS PG/SG JR HA DR
jump shot JS SF/PF JR IS
jump shot JS SG/SF JR DR HA
ball handling HA PG DR OD
passing PA PG HA DR

So let's say you trained JS for SG/SF. Most of the 90% training will go towards JS, smaller amounts of the 90% will go towards JR, DR, HA. The remaining 10% is cross-training and can go to any other skill, including FT.

(edit: JS wingman no IS thx)

Only one correction here: it's pretty clear from the crowdsourced training analysis project that jump shot wingmen does not have IS as a secondary.

Likely cross-training pops there.

The crowdsourcing training analysis shows that any OD increases during ID training are at the low level suggestive of cross-training.

In contrast, the ID training gained from pressure is much larger than that, and is a bona fide secondary skill training.
