starter A
bench B

A-B-B and win by a lot so A sits the entire 4th. Also if A has low stamina and skills are not far superior to B it will help.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Not directly. As you may have heard multiple times "managing minutes and gameshape is part of the challenge".

In blowouts I tend to get a 28-20 minute split, which is reasonable. Ideally you want your starters to start both league games without minutes getting out of control. In more evenly split matches, I find that having a good, 5-man, bench unit in good gameshape is very useful. Using "coach picks from depth chart" I have had a few 32-16 splits, which are pretty good for minute managing. I imagine that you can have a division closer to 24 if you start the better player on the bench, but that would hurt your chances of winning.
