Like the title says, should I improve weak skills, or further improve already strong skills for my trainees?

Which concept makes my players perform better and which concept raises market values when selling the player?
Atm I'm aiming more for the second to get some money into my pocket.
And I'm talking about skills that are important for the players best position of course...

Probably improve weak skills but its easier to answer if we know what their skills are. If you had a big man who was good defensively but poor offensively you could maybe make him a defensive specialist. On the other hand i wouldn't like an offensive specialist who can't play defense.

many factors are involved. their salaries already, your team's finances, hat their weak skills are. I personally would hate to have atrocious handling or passing in general on any of my players.

training their weaker or secondary skills can help make them more rounded players, as well as keep their salaries lower for you...

Not enough information was provided by you to accurately help you though.
