I am probably a bit off the wall with my philosophy on this one, so take the advice at your own choosing.
When i devised a strategy that would work well around multiple offenses, but short term a faster paced RnG or motion offense, i looked towards what others teams had done. I sent out a few BB-mails, and asked a few people what team setup they were using (in terms of player skills). What i found is a lot of people that thought very much the same way as Thegame187 did, where they just took up guys at multiple positions that could shoot the jump shot very well, but when facing better rated opponents, they'd always lose for one reason or another. Sometimes it had to do with strategies, but more often it had to do with stats. For me, i noticed that most teams hard major issues with ball control and general offensive flow. They mostly lacked the ability to generate assists, and reduce turnovers to the point where they could steal back just as many.
So rather than focus on tremendous JS from all positions or good JR from all positions, i decided to make sure every PF/C i used had either good handling or good passing. Every SF/SG/PG had to have far better. I would suggest to you that if you really want to make a fast tempo offense work, that you put together a team that reduces it's turnovers more than just shooting well. I think that sort of team can adapt to more strategies than just motion/rng, and it increases the odds that you dont give up free points while generating more quality chances with assists.
