depneds on potential
star and allstar potential guys cap at like 21-22 or younger depending if you train hard cap skills (like a Big that is being trained IS or rebounding)
perr. as and ss usually cap at 23-24.
MVP+ cap around 25 I think

There is no age limit. Assuming players havn't reached their potential they can still pop into there 30s it just won't be that often.
